Founder, Executive Director
Caroline
Caroline Aly is a Nashville-based education consultant and advocate, with a background in non-profit leadership, private tutoring, and teaching in the special education space. After continually observing inequity, profound limitations, and a lack of support for parents and/or caregivers of children with disabilities, Caroline launched Carehack to serve as a safe bridge across major gaps created by a system that has proven itself under-prepared to provide for our disability community. Caroline's experience and expertise power Carehack and this growing community is a safe haven to ask questions, receive resources and advocacy support, consult with experts, and find trusted care.

Kelly
With eight years of teaching in California and Tennessee, Kelly is an experienced educator across multiple domains. Graduating from National University with her bachelors of arts in multidisciplinary studies and a multiple subject teaching credential with an authorization in English language instruction, then moving on to California State University Los Angeles graduating with her masters in special education with a focus of visual impairment and blindness, and teaching credential in visual impairment and blindness with an authorization in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She holds teaching licensure in both states in early childhood education, elementary education, and exceptional education- Visual Impairments. Across her 13 years in education both as a teacher and instructional assistant she has advocated for students needs. She is passionate about supporting students, families and educators to ensure students success!

Olivia
Olivia Coleman is a trusted educational consultant and special education advocate dedicated to helping families secure the support and services their children deserve. With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Special Education, Olivia combines deep expertise with real-world experience to guide parents through every step of the special education process. With over six years in the classroom as both a 5th grade teacher and a K–5 special education teacher, Olivia understands how schools operate from the inside. She knows what effective supports look like—and how to ensure they are implemented. For the past four years, she has worked as an Educational Consultant with Carehack, successfully advocating for students and helping families navigate IEPs, evaluations, and school systems with confidence.Olivia is known for her ability to simplify complex processes, empower parents, and deliver results. She partners closely with families to ensure their child receives appropriate services, meaningful accommodations, and access to a truly inclusive education.

Megan
Megan is an experienced educator, National Board Certified Teacher, and special education advocate with 13+ years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities—both in and out of the classroom. Her background includes a BFA in Dance Education, a Master’s in Special Education, and 8 years in public schools teaching students across grades 3–5 and 9–12. She also had the privilege of serving as the Founding Program Director for MOVE Inclusive Dance, creating meaningful, inclusive opportunities for students of all abilities. Inclusion isn’t a buzzword for Megan—it’s a lifelong commitment. She is passionate about empowering families, educating professionals, and helping students thrive in spaces where they truly belong.
